We empower women emerging from incarceration to achieve safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives within the community, by providing basic needs for themselves as well as their children.
We are committed to helping women achieve their potential, despite their journey and background. We work collectively to find a solution by raising social awareness of the needs that many women formerly incarcerate experience upon release.
Our Staff provides personal development, educational courses, and business support that inspire them to become more economically active and personally fulfilled

Tabatha is a Criminal Justice Reform Advocate and Nonprofit Founder of Woman With a Plan.
This Georgia-based organization empowers women that are directly impacted by the Georgia Criminal Legal System. Woman With A Plan provides mentoring, assistance with groceries, clothing for interviews, and help with women reacclimating successfully back into their society.
Tabatha's knowledge of the Criminal System and issues women face upon release, comes from her own personal journey of being incarcerated. During her incarceration, Tabatha had 2 children (now a mother of 5), that was placed into foster care. She faced many hardships and challenges in regaining custody. The demands and requests from The Foster Care System forced Tabatha to advocate on her own behalf.
With hard work and determination to NOT allow the system to defeat her, Tabatha regained FULL custody of her children. She dedicates a large portion of her advocacy to helping formerly incarcerated mothers overcome the same challenges that she experienced with custody battles as well as those experiencing underlined issues that stem from mental illness.
Despite her obstacles, Tabatha still continues to push forward. With a lifelong enrollment for past drug use, Mrs. Trammell is indeed a "Woman With A Plan", and she's NOT allowing anything or anyone to stand in her way!
Woman with A Plan provides a host of services for our women and girls returning back to our communities from prison and jail.
Your donations help with clothing, food, and providing basic necessities to women and mothers of all ages with helping them transition back into society.
